Important Information!
To pay your taxes, please search for your property in the box above.  From the property details page, click on the Tax Summary button.  Add your property or properties to the cart to pay your taxes through EZ-Net Pay and click continue. 
 
 

New temporary office hours starting on Monday, April 14, 2025, and continuing until the end of the month.

Regular business hours on Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 am – noon and 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm. 

Wednesday – Friday, we only be open to the public in the mornings from 8:00 am until noon. 

The District’s staff is trying to get the appraisal data ready in order to print the 2025 appraisal notices.  At this time, we don’t have the exact date we will mail the 2025 reappraisal notices.

Tax Transparency

VISIT TEXAS.GOV/PROPERTYTAXES TO FIND A LINK TO YOUR LOCAL PROPERTY TAX DATABASE ON WHICH YOU CAN EASILY ACCESS INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR PROPERTY TAXES, INCLUDING INFORMATION REGARDING THE AMOUNT OF TAXES THAT EACH ENTITY THAT TAXES YOUR PROPERTY WILL IMPOSE IF THE ENTITY ADOPTS ITS PROPOSED TAX RATE. YOUR LOCAL PROPERTY TAX DATABASE WILL BE UPDATED REGULARLY DURING AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER AS LOCAL ELECTED OFFICIALS PROPOSE AND ADOPT THE PROPERTY TAX RATES THAT WILL DETERMINE HOW MUCH YOU PAY IN PROPERTY TAXES.

You may request the same information from the assessor of each taxing unit for your property by requesting their contact information from your Tax Assessor-Collector at:

We are guided by the goals of providing quality service to the public, developing high-performance employees through continuing education and training, and by efficiently managing district growth through the use of technological tools which expedite the work flow and dissemination of information to the staff, taxing entities and the public. We are dedicated to serving the citizens of this community.

Coleman CAD has an agreement with EZ-Net Pay to provide its customers with automated credit card and electronic check payment services.  EZ-Net Pay will charge you a convenience fee for this service, which you will be notified before you complete your payment.  Coleman CAD does not receive any portion of this convenience fee.
